Basic Photo Booth includes;

• 3 hours of active photo booth time (plus set up and tear down).

• 1 attendant for the duration of the photo booth.

  • The attendant will keep the photo booth running smoothly, as well as assisting with any of the add on options (such as the Photo Guest Book).

• Basic Background.

• Basic rug selection (to elegantly cover cords and show the designated photo booth area).

• Vintage inspired lighting.

• Unlimited digital photos for you and your guests (Download access via link for 30 days).

• Up to 400 pairs of photo strips printed at the event (each photo strip is printed twice).

  • If guests would like additional photo strips printed, it dose count towards the total number of prints.

• Pop up tent for outdoor events.

• Travel up to 30 miles from I-5 exit 99 to your event.

Premium Background

Pick from the selection of backgrounds that are more than the solid colors offered with the “basic background” option. This includes patterned options, sparkle/sequin options, and some custom color options (based on availability).

There is also potential to create a custom background. Ask Vintage Photo Booth about what is available!

Unlimited Prints

Want to print photos to your heart’s content? Upgrade to our unlimited printing bundle!

General rule of thumb: 1.5 pair of photo strips per guest for a 3 hour event, if you have a photo guest book.

Set Up Anywhere

Do you need the photo booth set up more than 20 feet from a reliable power source? Let us know ahead of time and we can bring our own electric generator.

Keep Sake Scrap Book

Upgrade the “Photo Guest Book” to a “Scrap Book” for an even more personalized option! The same concept, but there will be an 8x8 inch scrap book with 40 pages for guests to fill out and decorate! They will add one of the pair of photo strips, a note to the guests of honor, along with stickers and marker/pen colors that match your wedding theme. There will also be patterned background paper that is either neutral tones, or theme matched depending on preference.

This creates an opportunity for an activity as well as a personalized gift that will be enjoyed for years to come!

Vintage Glamour

Upgrade to the “Vintage Glamour” version of the booth and get up to 400 black and white, 4x6 photos printed. This also comes with a frame for each guest (up to 100 guests) so they can frame their photo as a party favor! The Guest of honor gets access to the digital downloads after, and you can save and print extras from home.

Photo Guest Book

Our most popular add on!

A photo album will be added to your photo booth table, where guests will leave one of their prints with a note to the guest of honor, and take the other copy for themselves as a party favor!

This is a great option for an interactive guest book!

Album holds up to 160 photo strips.

Premium Props

One of our favorite add on options!

Expand your prop selection past the “basic prop” selection of 2D paper silhouettes & signs, and 1 custom paper sign.

Upgrade to the “premium props” option for 3 custom paper signs. Additional “3D” props such as crowns, hats, feather boas, silly glasses and other options will be added to the prop box selection.

Travel Surcharge

If your event is further than 30 miles from I-5 exit 99 in Olympia/Tumwater (according to google maps), an additional charge will be applied. If the total time for travel and event exceeds 8 hours (including set up and tear down) there is an “Over Night” surcharge. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
